Nikhlesh Ranjan, a distinguished mentor with T20 Gully Cricket, is dedicated to guiding aspiring players on their journey to fulfill their dreams and succeed in cricket. With an impressive career, he brings a wealth of experience, having played 37 Ranji Trophy matches representing Bihar and Jharkhand, as well as competing for the East Zone team in the prestigious Duleep and Deodhar Trophies (1999-2000). His journey started with the Bihar Under-19 team, where he represented the state in 1990-1992.
A certified BCCI Level 2 Coach since 2022, Nikhlesh has an impressive coaching portfolio. He served as the Head Coach of the Bihar Senior Team across all formats (2019-2020) and led them in the Vijay Hazare Trophy (2021-2022). His role as Batting Coach for ZCA North East Under-16 (2017-2018) and as Head Coach of the Bihar Under-19 Team (2013-2014) highlights his dedication to nurturing young talent. Since 2022, he has also provided personal training, offering his expert guidance to individual players.
